Order Cancellation Conditions

  1. Cancellation Eligibility:
    • You may cancel your order only if the product has not yet left our warehouse. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible from our end.
  2. How to Cancel Your Order:
    • To cancel your order, please contact us through one of the following methods:
    • Provide your order details and a clear statement of your intention to cancel the order.
  3. Refund for Canceled Orders:
    • If your cancellation request is approved and the order has not yet left our warehouse, we will process your cancellation and initiate a refund.
    • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

Important Notes:

  • Non-Cancelable Orders: Orders that have been dispatched or are in transit cannot be canceled.
  • Timeline: We recommend initiating cancellations as soon as possible to ensure they are processed before dispatch.
